Rhonda’s Kitchen Fry Bread
Bake, fry, smile — kai that brings everyone together. Rhonda’s Kitchen started with the simple idea of making fry bread easy to enjoy at home.
Romiromi
Romiromi isn’t just bodywork — it’s a beautiful release. It reaches deep into the layers you’ve built up over time, and through generations before you. It works on the physical, emotional, and wairua, helping to shift trauma that’s been carried, stored, or passed down to you.
It's the kind that doesn’t always show up in words — it shows up in the shoulders, in the chest, in the gut, in the way we hold ourselves and move through life.
This mahi isn’t a one-size-fits-all kind of healing. Every romiromi is different because every body, every wairua, every story is different. Some people cry, some laugh, some shake, some sleep — whatever needs to move, moves. It’s a deep reset — a soft (lol) and gentle returning to yourself, a remembering of who you are underneath it all.=, and who you deserve to move as. It's an opportunity to shift realties, of what you hold into what needs to shed.
If you’re feeling the pull to release, reconnect, and create space for your own healing, I’m offering Romiromi sessions by (appointment only) every Saturday at the Wanneroo Markets.

Kia Ora
Rongoā is a part of life, and always has been a part of my life — the wisdom of our whenua and the gentle medicine found in nature is one of the greatest gifts. As I find my way back into creating Kawakawa balms & butters again, my journey begins to transform into something deeply personal.
Every botanical creation I make is a dedication to my late māmā, Tihema — a true woman of the earth who taught me that healing begins in nature.
I am currently based in Perth, and although I’ve long called Australia home for a long time, my heart still beats in Aotearoa. Join me as I move through my own healing, feeling the quiet call to return to my roots, my mahi, and my purpose.
Over time, I’ll be relaunching each creation slowly, with intention and aroha, which will in turn, eventually lead me to reopening my Mirimiri and Romiromi sessions too.
This space is part of my rebirth — a gentle unfolding as I weave, create, and share the gifts of rongoā once more.
